Fallen by Lauren Kate

***AGE ADVISMENT***
FOR AGES 15+
***THIS IS A SERIES BOOK***
PLEASE DO NOT READ UNTIL AFTER PASSION!

Overview:
There's something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori.

Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price's attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah, Georgia. He's the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move.

Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce--and goes out of his way to make that very clear--she can't let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, she has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret . . . even if it kills her.

Review:
This book took a while to finish, while enthralling with its in-depth story, I found my A.D.D. taking over and I was bouncing from other books back to Fallen continually. While this book was read a while back from this review, I still remember it vividly. The epic story of Daniel's that is brought to a potion of light was slightly redundant. First thing that comes to mind is Ever and Damen in the Immortals Series, however, this being about Angels is a nice twist to the story.

This book receives four of five hearts, because while I found the story to be as old as time itself, (Those who have read the whole series will get the pun) I love the new style that it was told and look forward to the reviews for the rest of the series.

Thanks for listening to my opinion!
